I’m Niki Fry. I’m a realtor with Weichert Realtors. My office is in Westfield, NJ and I’ve helped hundreds of sellers and buyers throughout Central N.J. I moved to Westfield in 1988 from Manhattan so I’ve experienced the commuting life. Can you believe when I moved to Westfield there was a Woolworth’s with a lunch counter! My professional life started with a long career in the fashion business. I designed for some of the best known names in the Designer clothing market, traveling extensively throughout Europe and Asia. The garment industry is one of the most grueling businesses around so I was well prepared for this competitive real estate industry. Things have changed a lot since 1988 but one thing that hasn’t is that people come here to enjoy the great towns that define NJ. When I’m not selling real estate I’m hanging out with my husband of 30+ years (but who’s counting) and my three cats, skyping with my daughter who just moved to Asia to teach English or I’m of riding my horse.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Westfield real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
